The math department is one that everyone goes through at least three out of the four years of high school. A majority of the teachers in this department are located across the hall when coming up the first set of stairs to the second floor. Also, some are located on the outside of the first pod of classrooms to the left when going up the first set of stairs. These teachers have room numbers that start with a F and 2 and would include Johnson, Klaumann, Klemmensen, Pelc, Riedmiller, Vanden Bos, and Wemhoff. The last group of math teachers, Bethune and Sander, are on the back side of the second pod upstairs past the bathrooms. The two teachers found behind the second pod have room numbers that start with G and 2. Below is a list of all of the teachers in the math department and what they teach at Columbus High School.

The business department, unlike the math or English department, consists of teachers who are not necessarily seen by everyone but nonetheless are important. Some of these teachers are found on the second floor past the bathrooms in a pod to the right past the bathrooms. These teachers include Sayers and Rose along with having rooms starting with 2 and G. Tunik is found right across the hall from Rose and Sayers and shared the room starting with 2 and G. Bastian’s room, while not in the same area, is still upstairs and in the first pod with a room starting with 2 and F. Sliva, however, has a room in a completely different area of the school with a room that starts with 1 and D. This means that it is down past the cafeteria and by the choir and band classrooms.
