Happy Monday Discoverers! It is your last one before you move on to the next grade level. Take a look around — Monday’s might be hard, but man are they worth so much. Today, I challenge you to give at least one friend a hug, wave to someone in the hall, or greet a teacher on your way in the door. These small acts can really change someone’s day, and they can change yours too!!
Speaking of change, this is also my last Monday article before I get my new members of the Newspaper with me! I can’t reveal who they are quite yet, but I can sure give you some hints!
Hints from the 2025-26 Newspaper Staff:
Member 1: I’m an overinvolved student who relies on academic validation!
Member 2: I’m nice, kind, and helpful; I am a boy.
Member 3: I am involved in the school dance team and I love to talk with my friends.
Member 4: Hi! I might be shy but I sure do love to write! I also like to run and dance. I am an incoming sophomore and I’m very excited to be a part of the newspaper staff!
Member 5: I’m someone who is very adaptable with the situation around me. I was built to survive and grow while still showing compassion for whatever is happening around me.
Member 6: I’m on the volleyball team. Also, I was born in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Member 7: no hint 🙂
I know we are all so excited to create stories for you! Check back to AnchorNews one last time tomorrow for my final article of the summer 🙂
