Joining AnchorNews my final year of high school was honestly one of my best decisions, and I’m forever mourning the fact that it is over.
I plan on going to the University of Northern Iowa this fall and majoring in biochemistry, and minoring in linguistics. I’m so excited to live with my roommate and have our arts and craft week.
Overall, I think my favorite memories while here have been the mornings of picking the articles and discussing what we can do. Sitting with Aliyah every morning and drinking my energy drink has become such an important part of my routine, I’m sad to see it come to an end. I think high school has truly been an experience with everything, from friends to academics. I think my biggest advice for underclassmen is to actually enjoy it, look at the positives, not the negatives. Also, this is for the teachers’ sake, FIND A STUDY PATTERN!
Thank you for being a part of my senior year! As always come back to AnchorNews to see what is new.
