Welcome, Discoverers, to another article. Today’s article will be about Easter.
If you don’t already know, Easter is usually celebrated on the first Sunday after the first ecclesiastical Full Moon. People celebrate this day as the day God has risen, three days after his death by the Romans in A.D 30. This is the longest-celebrated Christian holiday and one of the most significant for Christians.
Traditions that happen on Easter in the morning include getting an Easter basket. This is where you simply get a basket with treats to celebrate the day. Another thing people do is hide Easter eggs filled with candy for kids to find. Sometimes, people even fill some with money, known as the golden egg. One more tradition is that people dye eggs in different colors. There are so many traditions that people have, and the one that a lot of people practice is going to church on Easter morning.
Discoverers, hope you have an amazing Easter and break.
